Vires in Numeris

Effective August 9, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of viresinnumeris.store and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not, do not order.

1. Who you are dealing with

The site and the brand are operated by VIN Clothing LLC, 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means whoever is using the site or placing the order.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must not be a person or entity that United States sanctions law prohibits us from dealing with, and you must not be ordering from or shipping to a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US sanctions. We may refuse or cancel any order on that basis.

3. What you are buying

Each item ships with a printed card carrying a redemption code. Redeeming that code sends you 10,000 satoshis of Bitcoin. The satoshis are included with the garment; they are not sold to you separately and there is no separate charge for them.

4. What the satoshis are, and what they are not

This part matters, so it is written plainly.

5. The card is a bearer instrument

Treat the card like cash. Anyone who has the code can redeem it. We cannot tell who redeemed a code, we cannot reverse a redemption, and we cannot pay it a second time.

Once your package is delivered, a lost, stolen, photographed, or shared card is your responsibility. Do not post the code. Do not let anyone photograph it.

One exception, covered in the Shipping Policy: if tracking confirms a package was lost before it reached you, we can void that code so nobody else can use it and issue you a replacement card.

6. How redemption works

7. Orders, prices, and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change. Stock is limited and a listing is not a guarantee of availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after you have paid, if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we suspect fraud, or if sanctions screening flags the order. If we cancel your order, we refund you in full.

8. All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or customer requested refunds. The Returns Policy is part of these terms and explains why, and what we do instead when an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong.

9. Shipping

The Shipping Policy is part of these terms and sets out where we ship, when risk of loss passes, and what happens to a package lost in transit.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to guess, scrape, or brute force redemption codes. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the site or its APIs. Do not resell or distribute codes separately from the garments they shipped with. Do not use the brand, the site, or a redemption code in connection with anything illegal.

11. Our intellectual property

The Vires in Numeris name, logo, garment designs, card designs, photography, and site content belong to us. Buying a garment does not give you a licence to reproduce any of it.

12. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the site or the redemption system will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for the Bitcoin network, wallet software, exchanges, or any third party service you use.

13. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the site, an order, a card, or a redemption is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for any change in the value of Bitcoin.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Talk to us first

Before either of us starts a formal proceeding, the other gets 60 days to fix it. Email [email protected] with your name, order number, what went wrong, and what you want. We will do the same in writing if the complaint is ours. Most things end here.

Arbitration

If that does not resolve it, any dispute between us will be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court, except as set out below. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Arbitration is run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are published at adr.org. One arbitrator decides. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, and the decision is final and enforceable in any court with jurisdiction.

You choose where it happens: your home county, by phone or video, or on documents alone. We will not ask you to travel to Florida. For any claim under $10,000 we pay the AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees beyond the portion the Consumer Rules assign to you, unless the arbitrator finds the claim was frivolous.

What arbitration does not cover

Either of us can bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies. Either of us can also go to court for an injunction to stop misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the site. Those claims go to the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.

You are giving up the right to a jury trial and the right to join a class action. Claims are brought individually. Neither of us can bring a class, collective, or representative action, and the arbitrator cannot combine your claim with anyone else's or preside over any form of class proceeding.

If that class action waiver is found unenforceable, then this entire arbitration section does not apply and the dispute goes to the courts named above instead. The rest of these terms stay in force.

You can opt out

You have 30 days from your first order to opt out of arbitration, with no effect on anything else in these terms. Email [email protected] with the subject line ARBITRATION OPT-OUT and include your name and order number. That is all it takes, and we will confirm in writing. If you opt out, disputes go to the courts named above.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that govern that order.

17. Everything else

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies, are the whole agreement between us.
